The Peer-2-Peer Support Project talked to Lebanon’s Humanitarian Coordinator, Phillipe Lazzarini and Somalia HCT member, Geeta Bandi-Phillips to hear how humanitarian assistance has been delivered more efficiently and more effectively in their operations as a result of a well-functioning HCT. Both presenters explained how certain processes such as a revised HCT Terms of Reference, and a HCT Compact have helped bring agencies and NGOs closer together in delivering as a team and collectively contributing towards a common goal.
